Dr. Lusby was born and raised in Maryland where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Columbia Union College. He moved to Southern California and received his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine and followed through with his residency at Malden Hospital, a Boston University School of Medicine affiliate. Distinguished among his peers, Dr. Lusby is a sought-after lecturer and has published numerous articles in prestigious medical journals. He has also run refractive surgery workshops for the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
